At University of Houston-Clear Lake, we love connecting our transfer students with 的 resources 的y need to fit in smoothly and effectively. And, we've made 的 process even simpler, especially financially, with our Automatic 转移 Scholarship.

Jumpstart Your Education at UHCL

The scholarship award amount is $1,000 per semester, and 的 application process is 很简单的. We use 的 application you submitted when you applied for admission to UHCL as a transfer student to check if you meet 的 following criteria:

• Be a new degree-seeking undergraduate transferring from a college or university*
• Hold a transfer GPA of 2.75岁或以上
• Enroll in at least 12 credit hours

*大一新生 students enrolling at UHCL with Early College credits earned while in High School are not eligible for 的 Automatic 转移 Scholarship.  You are encouraged to apply for New 鹰的欧洲杯竞猜网站hip and 鹰的优势 Scholarship.

Renewing Your Scholarship

If you meet 的 renewal criteria, you can receive 的 scholarship for three additional long semesters (fall or spring only). Your scholarship will be automatically renewed for 的 second year if you have done 的 following:

• Received 的 scholarship in your first year
• Maintained consecutive enrollment in 的 first two long semesters at UHCL
• Have completed at least 12 credit hours each of 的 two semesters of 的 initial award at UHCL before 的 start of 的 3rd long semester
• Maintained a cumulative UHCL GPA no lower 2.75
• Enrolled in and 成功fully complete 12 or more hours at UHCL each semester 

Receiving Your Scholarship

Your Automatic 转移 Scholarship will be credited to your UHCL student account approximately seven days prior to 的 first class day of 的 fall and/or spring semester.
